Mack a backup of game.prefs (you can navigate to this file via FAF client), then remove the file - Reinstall FAF and Supreme Commander - Does it work? Which mod were you testing that it caused this?

The main question is why Citrix ICA Client dll is loaded into the process? What is the relationship between Citrix Analytics Server and FAF? I suppose in a normal situation this should not be.

The game is a 32 bits application and it likely ran out of memory. Could you check how much the game uses in the task manager of linux? If you need more memory - we've made significant improvements and managed to increase the ceiling from 3GBs to 4GBs on the development branch. You can choose FAFDevelop as you host a game, instead of the usual FAF game type on the left. Note: the development branch is in the middle of a development iteration, and therefore it may have bugs of its own.
