Yeah, probably because a lot of people now have small screens with high resolution. Like 27" with 3840x2160 which with a pixelpitch of only 0.155 while my 30" still has 0.250

I'm waiting for a bigger 3:2 to come around without a hideous foot and with normal down-facing connections.

How have you not realised that if you want to become better than you need not onlu practice but the theoretical part as well. Like the most efficient way to get the theory part is to watch freaking replays. You cant really imprpve yourself at a somewhat decent rate without those **this is only for sub 1700 rating.

What it properlt requires is adding “Update Consumption” function after “Issue Reclaim” issued I can do some testinf after I get home

@arma473 these are games where I do enter into the game, but "x has been defeated" is the first thing I see, immediately on entering.

I have never seen a replay of such a game when I checked.

I assumed in these cases my opponent enters the game first and also leaves it before I enter.

There is a tutorial mission in FA for complete beginners, but by the look of it, it hasn't been brought over into FAF, or if it has, it's not easy to find

Now I personally feel the same about balance. The game is so complex that you cant come up with a framework that accurately explains perfect balance and how one change shifts other areas. For that to work the framework would need to he so complex it becomes unuseable or is impossible to conceive.
I think the best way to conduct balance is an informed discussion by people adept at the game with a good feeling for the game, which is obviously highest correlated with ladder rating. I think the top players have a pretty good Feeling for how reasonable changes are and what the current problems are. A balanced discussion by multiple people should cancel out individual preferences or favouritism of play styles and units.

So instead of such framework i think what would help balance the most is to cut unskilled individuals from the discussion.

I.e. make balance invite only forum.

Seems fine for me. Can even still move backwards a bit by clicking very patiently, but it's just super slow and breaks after a few meters.

From what I know, TMM and divisions/leagues are completely separate. Neither is waiting for the other, they just both happen to have a similar expected completion date. Both of them are pretty much complete, and are facing the usual logistical delays of finding time for server updates, code reviews, testing, etc.

I will try to add this info in the next version of Supreme Score Board mod. By the way there is a new version (6.0) of this mod which add a new features and fixes. Please rate this mod because previous rating were removed when I uploaded new version.

I am pretty sure if you put game speed to adjustable it used to count when it was working.

@Archsimkat I support your proposed reduction of reclaim rate. I however do not know to what degree of reduction would be appropriate.
@Keene your suggestion too keep the rate at which an engineer can reclaim hostile units is good and I support this notion.

I'm also not a big fan of adding more and more subforums. Tagging might be an alternative but I didn't find a way to nicely filter forums by tags.
The search can do this but it doesn't look that good 🤔 (example: search for tag mapping in subforum tutorials)
