Uhhh... 4 * 3 for each spawn, 3 in the corner, 3 for the plateau, 2 in the middle, 4 more around the middle spawn mountain, 2 * 2 for the ones behind each side spawn, I think 2 * 2 between the middle and side spawns, all that times 2 for the other half of the map... 64?

4, but that's cuz of a silly balance patch a while ago where apparently people were forgetting their TMLs were on and spending all their mass on missiles

Trick question, there are only 3 T1 tanks. Mantis are Assault Bots. Unless you're referring to Nomads tanks which could have a fire rate anywhere between 10 and 0.1 for all I know
