So, I don't know what exactly fixed it, but I installed a lot of games, and it stopped.

User rights got super crazed, prevented me from changing them (even as an admin). Removed entire FAF folder, reinstalled the client, restarted PC and the problem got resolved. Thanks!

For testing purpose, disable any security software/firewall. I would guess the firewall is interfering with the patched files, when it has worked before. I think it is flag of Cyprus? Not sure about that, hard to see in the image.

Can you attach the last game log as well? Also make a screenshot of said error which happened when you try via steam.

You need to do as Rama stated - launch the game directly once. That is the temporarily fix to this issue.

We found the cause of this issue, but no definitive solution yet.

i used restore point all is ok
