      Don't think making them weaker vs strats will have the desired effect. You will then rely more on asf to counter/defend against strats. I am guessing the reason for this post is to address asf not really caring if they fly over sams.

One potential nerf to Torp bombers is to increase the value of their mass reclaim. As it stands, when a torp bomber dies above water, its mass reclaim is reduced compared to when it dies above land. If we removed this difference then Torp bombers would be a more significant mass donation when used. All air-to-ground units are inherently mass donations. By definition, when the air-to-ground unit dies it is above hostile ground forces which could reclaim its wreck. The key downside to torp bombers is that you have to push with navy or hover to get the reclaim from the fight. Otherwise, they are just as much a mass donation as gunships or bombers. Due to its very long distance between navy spawns and the complete lack of anything raidable by navy, setons is not a map where the torp vs early game navy (think subs, frigs, a few destros) dynamic exists.

      For what it's worth, Zero-K requires ALL bombers to reload at air staging after a single pass but all bombs are extremely powerful, and it's colossally infuriating because if your air player misses the radar signature heading towards the front line, too bad! The bomb is dropped and the bomber has already had its order stopped and is flying back over enemy AA to be refueled in the middle of the enemy base. Hope you catch it next time! Great idea in practice to stop bomber camping, I personally love the idea of having to reload t1 bombers after 5 passes, but horrendous execution in existing games. EDIT: Also an important note, the air factories in Zero-K come with a single refuel/reload point each, meaning you don't need dedicated air staging early game.

      An aircraft just sitting there would be shot down easily that's probably why it's not standard behavior as a bomber is supposed to drop first and then it gets shot as it passes over while a gunship gets shot at the whole time.

      I enjoy both, but I think there are things that could be done to enhance TMM. Off the top of my head: An MM chat window on the MM page of the client so everyone queuing can easily talk to each other. The chat is already there, but it's only for you group afaik A "Confirm" button like so many other games have when it comes to MM so if you disappear for whatever reason you don't get thrown into the game Maybe add a 5v5 queue? With multi-queuing I could see people potentially queuing up for both 4v4 & 5v5. Though I know 3v3 wasn't all that popular so might just cause the same situation. Also random idea, maybe as a community we could have a monthly vote on a mapgen map to add to the queue, just to keep variety up. People can submit their favorite mapgens of the month and then vote on them.

      Thanks, this is pretty promising! However it's not perfect There is no "Set control group and remove from other control groups", only "Add" doubletap delay, doubletap zoom level, factory control grouping thing

      Nowadays the PCs are so strong that you see the loading screen for one second. The time to develop this feature is better invested in other features or to solve bugs.
