The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!

    I found out that I could delete the game music files and that helped me a lot: Head into your steam folder for SupCom:FA and delete both music files (The .xwb and the .xsb) Should be in: ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\sounds https://steamcommunity.com/app/9420/discussions/0/1739968490550491239/?l=norwegian

    Player intentionally ruins game for others so they can start next one quicker. Not sure if that should be punished or not. But yea it can be annoying. If player ctrl+k his base just cause of rage and not cause of game being completely lost - probably can punish for that

    Its already merged (patched) to deploy/fafdevelop You can select the FAF Develop version (game typ) over the FAF client. There you can test it right now. I have no clue when this patch goes live in the normal FAF version. (i always play the develop version)

    Oh also assist on ground make units lose collision, and that means you can pack all hundreds of units just in a few "squares" of walls

  • How do overlapping shields work?

    When a shield is damaged and has other shields in contact with it there is an overspill damage modifier that determines how much additional damage each overlapping shield receives. I think right now it is around 0.3 for most shields. So if a shield gets hit for 100 damage all overlapping shields will take 30 damage also.

    https://prnt.sc/xk9gg3 numbers in the last row is the amount of ras sacus needed. need to round up to the next number ( if you need 7.75 sacus for CZAR still means that you need 8 or can use 7 but will need to build it for some time to finish it)

    @Wainan on 20x20 maps you either go full animal raid/spam with ships in your case and lock your opponent on his main island and capture the smaller ones as well as get air control or you go full eco whore mode and tech,as to me it always has been the same,it's just people who learned what t2 mexes are

    Danke für die Hilfe (wenn man früher das Spiel via CD gespielt hat, hat der rechner wohl bei Steam nen anderen verzeichnis Weg gewählt und bei nun ja 5 jahre alten daten kann man wohl solche sachen auch mal vergessen).
