    Hi! Since July 16 I can't join or host any game — FA launches, reaches the lobby, then hangs on "Connecting..." forever. The ICE debug window and telemetry stay completely empty: no peers, no gathering, nothing. From my logs the game processes CreateLobby fine and the client receives GameState Idle → Lobby, but after that no JoinGame / HostGame / ConnectToPeer ever arrives, so the ICE adapter is never asked to connect to anyone. My lobby connection itself looks healthy the whole time (join requests get responses, I even got a game_not_ready error back once, and the game list keeps updating live). Last working game: July 15. Same silent behavior on client 2026.1.0 and after updating to 2026.4.1 — ~12 attempts across 6+ different games.

    Hey @Margouillo. Your FAF account works just like your email account: you log into the launcher with an username and a password, and the FAF account is not directly tied to your PC. You'll not need to link your GOG account again, and you can simply reinstall the FAF launcher on your new PC.

    The problem is I can't connect using a regular internet connection, but if Im using a mobile internet everything runs properly.

    I wrote a reply last week and a fix PR but forgot to post lol: I didn't see arty in that replay, but I found it in #23022644. Unfortunately it is desynced so idk if the replay shows the truth of what happened. For those who didn't watch the replay it's dualgap and a player built arty up on the cliff next to the bases and the arty can't shoot because the muzzle velocity characteristics don't give a possible firing solution, as you can see in the screenshot there are very few possible firing locations: [image: 1722731865757-462ac479-80fb-4bbb-a3df-0c038e5ad8be-image.png]

    An 8.9.9 version was released recently, but it seemed to have the same issue and has been removed from the mods list already. Hoping for a fix soon as many of my favorite mods are brewlan related.

    Another possibility is also to ask the observers to leave on their own before the game starts. So why did this bug come back? I personally never had this, ever and I was one of the original players that bought Forged Alliance back when it was brand new. Can you guys also keep the debugging switched on so you can submit the logs? Where should we submit the collected logs?

    @golannard If you're looking for the location of your FA install, I imagine it's under steam/common/steamapps somewhere. You can find the install directory directly by going to your steam library, rightclicking the supcom FA game, and finding that option that opens the install directory.

    Today my SCFA for no reason just started running for no reason at all! I was literally hoping to play a little bit of the game every day, about 5-6 times and then, today it started for no reason after the third try.

    I had a similar issue today. It took me about 20 mins to download the game files and, once finished, I could no longer join any games - I got some java-error. I had to reinstall the client to fix it.
