Ah now I see, will try that next time, thanks

RE: FAF replay desync
I cannot see any replays in the in-game menu, however, I managed to watch it after double-clicking on the replay file in the game folder. Hope that could help someone else too.

FAF replay desync
Hi,
There's a replay I want to see, which results in a desync around 5th minute (both local and 'available'). Is there a way to see this replay, and fix this desync?
The game ended normally, no desyncs, no crashes. -
RE: crash after game end
@magge thanks, I'll update the client and look into this post, will update as I go along

crash after game end
Hi,
I have a stubborn crash from time to time just after the game end. No symptoms beforehand. The game freezes, I am unable to close it, I am unable to terminate it via Task Manager, I see there is a crash report window which I cannot see/close. Only way to exit is to restard/log off, very frustrating.
Attaching game log. game_24241407.log
Thanks,

RE: MODs and UI scaling - text/placeholders
Okay, I managed to get Economy icons overlay fixed AND the reveal position mod was reinstalled, all good.
How can I set the text sizes for the mass/energy income/spending?
Also, the icons of SMD/Nuke projectiles (+subs, Sera battleship) are off too. -
MODs and UI scaling - text/placeholders
Hi guys,
I'm currently using UI scaling and it seems that it just doesn't work with the text layout in the game, and some mods. I looked up in the search about UI scaling and didn't find anything useful.
The text positions in the income/spending window is off, and mods placeholders like Reveal Positions and eco tools' icons over the mexes are also off. Is there a way to fix this on my side or it is UI/mods intrinsic issues? -
RE: FAF on a laptop - Unable to create Direct3D
@katharsas man, you are the MVP!
So FAF runs smooth as butter, now the laptop gets pretty damn hot lmao, it's not for gaming definitely... gonna test it for stability
It also turns out the replays are driven from a separate .exe file so I had to copy the dll's there too. -
RE: FAF on a laptop - Unable to create Direct3D
@katharsas unfortunately this didn't help...

RE: FAF on a laptop - Unable to create Direct3D
@magge just tried that, the game runs, but the FPS is horrendous, much worse than on the integrated intel video? WTF?
