    The LOG got over-written. I did try to recreate the crash but it ran without incident today. The system updated and shutdown after Windows Update last night, so this is a fresh restart and may have been a problem caused by Windows. To confirm, crashes did not happen on other replays, and not even all doobro's replays. These weird crashes only occurred on some of doobro's replays, even though he uses the same mod list in all his games. Restarting my computer wouldn't clear up the issue. I did have a Windows Update that stalled a few weeks back, and the issue appeared to show up after that update. I had Windows 11 run a verification, and it found and replaced some corrupted files. I am guessing the verification didn't fix everything, and the Windows Update last night may have corrected whatever was causing the unexplained crashes. At this point, i believe the crashes were caused by Windows.

We'd need logs to check on why that happens. how is there no demand!!!! the game throws its files in different places. something is in the STEAM folders, something is in the wine/proton folder, something is in .faforewer, something incomprehensible and hidden (.com.faforever.client.FafClientApplication) lies in the HOME directory, for some reason this mess is being created: "/home/dav/My Games/Gas Powered Games/Supreme Commander Forged Alliance" while you put things in order and put everything in one place, the game breaks down... or laziness will win to look for all these configuration files and edit links there is a demand and some more, it's just indecent to beg.

    @magge It’s only an issue on mobile (safari). Never had it happen to me on desktop. @SaltyElbow you can make a post on the forum or you can send a message in the #client-bug-reporting channel on the FAF discord. If it happens that the exe is running in the background and you have to kill it with the task manager, that would be a good thing to report I think. I also just remembered that if you’re the host of the matchmaker game it should open almost immediately after match found, but if you’re one of the other 7 players it will wait for the host to start their game first which could take up to 1 minute before it will time out.

    @saltyelbow You must use a patrol order and your acu will prioritise killing an enemy over getting reclaim. It is common to manually use your acu to grab reclaim as fast as possible.

    @SexyNemo It looks like some of the installed jars are missing. Although normally this stops the client from starting at all. You can try removing all the install folders of the client and reinstalling and making sure no anti virus is removing files.

Please, go through the following threads for a possible solution.     The error message tells me the downloaded patch files are corrupt. Easiest way is to delete them. C:\ProgramData\FAforever\gamedata and/or C:\ProgramData\FAforever\¢ache\featured_mod

    If that is the case, then FAF is almost certainly leaking sockets. My system only has ~200 TCP sockets open at idle, and only ~10 of those are in active use at any given time. I wrote a little script to monitor it and log the TCP port count and activity. Hopefully my next game will reveal the issue.
