    • NOC Resignation from TD Lead

      Hello Everyone,

As the title suggests I am resigning from my role as Lead of the Tournament Director team.

      This team currently consists of:
      NOC
      Hybrid
      Doni
      Rhaelya
      Fearghal
      Syndicus
      Tagada
      Farms

With my resignation I will leave it up to the other tournament directors to decide who they wish to be their new leader via democratic vote.

My resignation is primarily due to a lowering amount of time I have available to host and run tournaments as well as various other reasons which do not need to be discussed.

In light of this as of tonight 15th December at Midnight GMT I will leave my office and allow the tournament team to decide their future and place their fate in new hands.

I wish to give a personal thank you to everyone for watching and participating in tournaments as well as a thank you to the rest of the tournament and FAFLive team for aiding in the running and streaming of these tournaments.

I will hang around and play FAF still but will not actively be managing tournaments.

Thank you and it has been a pleasure, I hope you enjoyed tournaments during my time in office.

    • Tournament Warnings

      Hello All,

Following a discussion held by the Tournament team we have come to a decision of a new policy regarding warning and banning players for repeatedly disrupting tournament proceedings.

      The policy is as follows:
      2 verbal warnings
1 ban from next FAF official tournament

If a player gets a combined 5 warnings they will be banned from Official Tournaments for 6 months.

      Offences:
Not showing up to the tournament without prior telling the Tournament Director or Team that you will not be present.
As usual after 15 minutes no show you will be disqualified and now will receive a warning.
We can be contacted on Discord, Forums and in FAF channel that has been selected for the tournament.

Deliberately slowing down the tournament and tournament proceedings for example playing another game during the FAF tournament.

Leaving/Resigning from the tournament without telling the Tournament Director or team that you are doing so.

Harassment of any tournament team member will result in an instant ban from the next official tournament.

      Important:
In order to be eligible for any money prizes you must complete all of your matches.
If you get to finals and do not want to play you will forfeit your prize.

Any questions please ask the tournament team.

    • RE: Calling for nine2 to resign as Promotions Councillor

You want to help FAF when your clearly promoting an external game using the FAF player base to make money.
Your clearly utilising the news feed which is under your direct control to try and cause a biased election.
The only change your trying to make here is reducing FAF player base to increase your games player base so you make money.

Theyre not trying to save their own skin as Biass, FTX, Keyser, Turin any of the others do their job and they do it well. They do not cause issues to the level that you have.
Yes there is some toxicitiy there always is.
People have a difference of opinion. It always causes an issue thats life.

As from your previous post. "And if election integrity is something that is something that must be fiercely enforced ... just you wait for part 2".
Is this a direct threat the community of retaliation as you did not get your way.

I may not know the entire ins and outs of the council. Nor do I fully care. If Sheeo and FTX have a disagreement then I assume their arguing whether something is the best for FAF.
My issue is your clear abuse of your position.
That is why there is a call for your resignation not because of toxicity but due to the power abuse.
