The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!

I have seen this with one other player and they have said it happened due to their isp killing their connection.
Can you upload logs using the java client with the debug logging turned on so I can inspect.
Thanks for your replies, I tested Eternal Strategic Icons, in combination with Penguin's Icon Mod and ACU Highlight (those three mods seem to be compatible), and it looks a lot nicer with the size increase of 150%
I've only ever used my current username. What you read is the system name (which I do it after my mobo). This is a Asus B550 Strix. I can't explain the error since the game ran fine before, and it broke while trying to install the last update. As I stated, uninstall, clearing caches/config files seem to do nothing. Is there a client config I'm missing somewhere?
Дело не в имени пользователи, а в имени папки по адресу C:\users\кирилица... вот тут должно кирилицы не быть - это и исправлял и всё запустилось. Хотя год назад я играл на этой же винде под этим же именем пользователя и всё работало.

I am on windows 10, have norton but disabled everything to attempt it. Have deleted game.pref, all my mods, the game itself, the launcher, restarted comp, moved it to different drives, and even did one final try with admin
