https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRZCIb_9arQ seems cloudflare R2 would be a good and very cheap service to use for this, as its static content. Easier than using a bittorrent client.

That is a directx call that fails - are you running on Linux? Or are you accessing textures through another program?
