Yea notifications have been completely broken for me for weeks now. I've had to turn them completely off. If not, they just spam repeat the same notifs over and over again. More recently as of a week or two ago they're not even useful because they just say "Player has joined null"

Confirming what Zlo said. The replay server receives replays and compares them to produce one replay. This is what you connect to and receive, exactly so that one player leaving early doesn't end the replay. There has been what I think is a rare bug, where a live replay stops early. I have no clue what causes it. It does not happen to the replay saved on the server, and that comes from the same data. It happens in two different replay server implementations, Python and Rust. I think this might be something client-side, but I can never reproduce the issue on my end.

I just tried changing the directory to a different one, but still run into the same issue. The download creates a temporary file within my cache folder, but it never seems to finish. And it doesn't create a new folder for that mod within the new mods directory, so I guess it's not getting to the extracting/installing stage.

There’s a lobby setting to adjust the disconnect time. Oh, you mentioned it. Didn’t realize it only makes it faster than the default time.

It requiring an assembly patch means a mod isn't going to be doing it unless you plan on learning how to reverse engineer closed source engines. Although even in that case, I'm not sure if a mod that messes with the .exe won't just result in an immediate desync regardless.

You can't. Host / join some all welcome lobbies and get some games. Resetting rating would result in a huge wave of smurfs.

@jip Thank you, apparently it's a known issue over there!

Usually you can simply copy and paste your keybindings and templates (or any other setting) from your old Game.prefs - Just poke around and make a backup, then you can test it. In the worst case, you can simply restore the backup and try again.
