      Hello,

      Since a few week, it became difficult to select tech level / blueprint menu on my engineers or factories.
      It is as if the mouse didn't detect the "click zone". I have to try again multiple times before being able to select the menu.

      Is this a known bug? How to fix it?

        No one has an idea?
        Basically relatively frequently I cannot click on any of these buttons which is really a problem ingame, especially in critical situations.

          I've never heard of such a bug. Are you using UI mods? Have you tried without UI mods? Can you replicate the bug in sandbox with nothing happening? Maybe the problem is outside the game like with your mouse?
          Considering that it started a "few weeks" + 5 days ago that doesn't line up with any game update.

            Perhaps some combination of changing resolution/monitor and ui scale?

              This sounds like the selection bug that reselects a unit so it goes back to tier 3 for example if its a tier 3 engi. Do you have the mod selection fix active? If so, send a list of your ui mods

                I had UI mods indeed active.
                The mods I had were: "Penguin's icon mod", "Reveal position (legal)", "Specific target priorities".

                I disabled them one by one and it appears that it might be due to the "Reval position (legal)" mod because I haven't experienced the issue since I disabled specifically this one.
                However I need to try more to be sure (the problem is not 100% reproductible).

                  Actually I'm lost. I recently also had the bug with "Penguin's icon mod" only enabled. I will try again with absolutely 0 UI mod again but it seems 2 different mods can cause the issue which I think is unlikely. I suspect it is a game issue. It makes the game really unplayable at critical moments.

                    I confirm that even with all UI mods disabled there is this bug. It is really annoying it can really ruin games at critical moments. No one has an idea how to fix it?

                      I still have the issue.

                      I reinstalled the game and FAF but it seems that it didn't really reset all my parameters (so maybe that's why the bug is kept). How to make sure to have a fresh re install?
                      As a workaround: is there a keyboard key allowing me to select tech levels? I looked at it in the option but I didn't find.

                      This bug is really annoying, it can ruin games.

                        Does it happen on steam version of the game?
                        Rename your game.prefs file to e.g. game.backup and try again the FAF version.
