Winning is Detrimental

This goes for TMM. It also applies to all 4 of the ladder systems.

The more games you win, the more rating you get, the more rating you get, the higher the probability becomes you will not find a match, the higher the probability of not getting a match becomes, the less games you get to play, the less games you get to play, the less fun you have as a whole.

To conclude, the more you consistently win in the long run, the more Detrimental it is to you as a player who wishes to play the game.

Attain enlightenment by training your mind to not wish to play the game.

In virtual realms of wonder and delight,
I find myself entwined in endless fight,
A world of strategy, where I lose all sight,
Of time and space, as hours flee by like flight.

My mind is trapped in this digital thrall,
Where quitting's not an option, never at all,
For every victory, a new challenge calls,
And I am helpless, under its grasp, it enthralls.

The mouse and keyboard holds me captive, day and night,
As I embark on quests, both bold and bright,
But alas, my obsession takes its toll,
And leaves me drained, yet still I cannot fold.

Oh, how I long for freedom from this spell,
To break free from this digital hell,
But fear of failure grips my heart so tight,
That I cannot tear my eyes away from light.

So here I sit, in this virtual land,
Addicted to the thrill of the game's command,
Trapped in a cycle that I cannot stand,
Yet unable to resist, I succumb to its demand.

@cortana This was the true goal of the thread, wasn't it? I'm not complaining.

I am in Diamond 1 rank on 3v3 TMM and am quite satisfied to not go higher. Winning is more fun, but losing isnt terrible. Doesnt ruin my day.

You're welcome.

In Sladow's shadow, no one could find their place,
For he was so full of himself, he left no space.

He thought himself the center of all attention,
But others just saw him as an obnoxious mention.

His arrogance made them want to turn away,
And leave him in his own self-centered sway.

Oh Sladow, with your inflated head,
Your self-importance, it never will be dead.

For though you may think yourself divine,
To others, you're just a laughing line.

Oh Sladow, oh Sladow, such a pesky fellow,
With an inflated head and a know-it-all yellows

He inserts himself into every situation,
And always assumes his opinion is the foundation.

Of your many flaws, the biggest one I find
Is how you always butt in, with your uninvited mind.

I am 1300, when I enter Setons games, I tell people I am bad and around 800 on this map, but they don't want to believe me; or, if I don't tell and just play, everyone gets angry at me. Do I need to drop to 800 if I want to play Setons?

This would have been easier if we had queues for Setons, and not one global rating for every map

I have found a new reason to not have high rating: players with lower rank than yours tolerate your mistakes a lot less, and it becomes an emotional barrage of bad words mixed with stating your rating. I am 1400 nowadays, and I am not allowed to make mistakes.
