Yes. The OP had a normal game and accidentally caused a draw. There is 100% nothing wrong or bannable here.

The problem here is the reply by maudlin going into rating manipulation without actually responding to the OP. When just looking at these 2 posts it looks to me that a moderator replied that this is bannable and he might have to "justify" himself in a ticket.
Not to mention the OP went out of his way to ask and talk about it instead of just doing it (and then repeating).

Unfortunately Deli and I must unsign. Playing that many games on saturday AND sunday is too big a time commitment for us. The worst case is 10 games on saturday and 8 on sunday. Literally the entire weekend.
If this was split onto 2 weekend, this would be less of a problem and fine (imo). But everything in one weekend prevents us doing anything else.

what do you mean? He stated that you can still change the rules, but as long as they are not changed yet, the rules are still in effect.
I also don't see how this is an overreach? This seems like the standard way of dealing with changing rules. So please, if this is not just a misunderstanding, please elaborate why you think this is the case.

Basically, I'm saying these rules are irrelevant if nobody in the game has a problem with it (obviously only makes sense for the rules i mentioned). Index is then saying if you play ANY game on FAF (which includes singleplayer), you must follow these rules. As in, you can't even wall-glitch in singleplayer.
I get that this is the stance of Index, but I'm not so sure if this is the general stance of FAF to interfere in games where "no one asked".

So basically instead of giving the players a reason to play (a reward???) we give punishments for not playing the non-impactful games.
Also I cant believe the "lack of integrity" of the players in the setons tourney is mentioned. Without going into detail there were connections and organisers at fault too. But I guess in the end this doesn't matter.

Overall I like the "replacement system". Nice to see what we talked about 1 year ago (?) gets implemented.

I didn't say it was an official tournament, just that your tournament ban applies here, because I run the project.

Ok good to know, although you didn't say that earlier (or mention it in the post), as you referred to me being banned from any tourney.

Although, on that note I feel as though I will need to clarify, due to repeated sign ups on u1500 (which we have told you numerous times you won't be playing here), you are now exempt from tournament participation in u1500 permanently, and if Vindex sees it fit for u1900, then that as well.

If you mean by numerous times 2 times, then ok. As far as I'm aware this is the second time, and I only posted here, because I thought the previous one was u1300. Don't know why you mention 1900, but ok!

This will be the last time we speak on the topic, have fun on other tournaments when you get unbanned, and don't 'throw' like you always do
