Finals will commence upon completion of the Semi Finals after a short break.

Finalized maps for the Semi Finals will be released a few hours before start time.

Players will have short break to rest from the Semi's and to strategize.

One of March's RCIV winners from Russia,
gave me a bank contact, and
after contacting my bank, and
paying 2 international fee's ($25 and $20) the transfer went thru.

I'm not sure how the player set up the transfers, but
when explaining everything honestly to my bank, they
said it was all legit.

Reminder..
The remaining 9 maps are Not accurate intelligence reports.
We won't know for sure -
what faction, locations or how many enemy AI are at each space planet/outpost.

Expect the accurate finalized Game maps about 3 hours before
arrival to Strongwyn tomorrow ~ 1200 UTC.
We will Not know the finalized game maps for the Finals until after the
Semi Finals are complete.
Even though we are not sure of the exact AI enemy threats,
study the planets and learn the terrains of each.

It was released today - Sept 30.
It was a necessary mid tournament update version that was
necessitated due to a bug that was spotted during
Tuesdays battle on Mellenium.
