for me the error was
Error! The link token couldn't be found on your profile. Make sure to set your status.

the solution was to remove enter after the code {{FAF:....}} in about section

The game itself doesn’t use Java. Only the FAF launcher (client).

Probably the CPU core was not involved with some other background task at that moment.

I can’t actually look into this but I suspect that anyone who can would want to see a log file

Make sure security software is not blocking the client Make sure your windows account has rights to run the software Remove "C:\ProgramData\FAForever" folder; and reinstall FAF For testing purpose, run the client with admin rights.

Fixed it, the account was connected to an old one.

It also works with fresh installs of chrome. No idea why chrome changes the request to be denied

I basically see the same where local is offered and then using official ICE server (116.202.155.226 - in Germany) is used. Which is why the really high ping.

Thank you for the help, issue resolved itself when I did another reinstall while selecting to remove all metadata etc in the uninstaller. I had not selected that option the last time.
