Anything I should do? Obviously internet is OK

Nukes don't need a buff by blowing up 5 seconds earlier.
In the end its just about a minimal amount, and probably 0.5 sec difference in time.

A ballistic parabola only makes sense for unpropelled missiles, but the nuke obviously burns the whole time. It's more like a guided cruise missile.
The 90 degree turn is to avoid terrain collisions, but I guess we could increase the turn radius, so it looks a bit smoother
I think a turn radius increase is a viable option, if admins are willing to change anything at all.

I'm indifferent on ground vs. air burst (and therefore inclined to the status quo) as the real-life lore behind it has no relevance to the sim, unlike trajectory.
I would disagree, as the nuke is a superweapon, okay not generally an ICBM, but rather like a real world very powerful tactical nuke, in our sim and not a single projectile aimed at a certain unit or a point of area, and in terms of a superweapon it should act like one e.g. explosion in air for maximum devastation, and a parabolic, or at least have a greater radius, delivery in order to minimize chances of taking it down.

It can both be implemented, but a parabola trajectory is not recommended. it means that intermediate SMDs can not intercept the missile.
What would an intermediate SMD be?
Hi all,
I was wondering about two moments regarding the use of strategic missiles:
- The ballistic parabola - currently there is none. Even stranger, actually the tactical missiles do employ a viable parabola, which should not be forgotten, as the TM can be destroyed by the terrain.
Now, I’m not saying the SM should have a parabola that can be affected by terrain, but the whole point of delivering a nuclear warhead is to do it as fast as possible, and not letting a warhead do a 90 degree turn above the enemy base, letting them make a final second SMD projectile during the last seconds of SM flight, which has happened during some games you’ve played, I suppose. - Explosion height - I think it is very unrealistic for a nuclear warhead to wait until it smashes into the ground to explode.
I made some research and it seems that for a 30 units radius devastation, a nuclear warhead should explode at least 3-6 units above the ground zero.
While also being nit picking, these two issues have a slight balance wise side attached to SM, as I think currently the nukes are underused.
Would like to hear thoughts whether this could be implemented.
Update: I can log in with the unofficial client tho, will try to play a game to see if its stable
Hello,
Im using the unofficial client and since yesterday I can't join with it
Any ideas? Downlord's client is buggy for me...
Hello,
It seems I cannot download update on the unofficial client since yesterday
Couldn't run the replay, after the loading I got a black screen with cursor.
???
I usually force high-performance mode before I start, tried to run many kinds of benchmarks before CPU test.
Now I randomly got a 260 rating and I'm not doing any new CPU tests
Just to note: before that I had stable 250 rating even in power-saving and balanced modes, and gameplay was normal until late-game, if I accidentally put it in power-saving.
UserBenchmarks: Game 8%, Desk 65%, Work 7%

HDD: Seagate ST2000LM015-2E8174 2TB - 60.1%

I understand that 1600MHz DDR3 is outdated, but my config is not subpar and doesn't deserve 330 pts. Can we make a test round of Gap or similar map with some of the admins?
What a funny situation. I actually discovered I haven't been using my CPU at fullest this whole time. It seems like my turbo-boost was locked, I read some articles, installed ThrottleStop and managed to unlock the turbo, I can also potentially overclock my CPU which I will definitely not do. Nevertheless, the 'new' CPU rank is still wrong, at least for me, as even with turbo and DDR3 I'm still getting 330-340
@randomwheelchair
Old score: ~250
New score: 330!!!
Cpu: i7-3740QM, 16GB DDR3
Although the game experience didnt change for me, its quite impossible for me to play now: I simply get kicked from games, and explaining the high cpu score doesnt work and severely demoralizing, although I never had lag problems even on Gap-like maps in Endgame phases.
Made this pic in late game just before a desync, its evident I'm not the reason for the bottleneck.
Here's my Ram setup:
I have no problems, no lags from me, even in Gap-like lobbies 6v6 during the late game battles. I do play on a large 17" notebook, a few months back I upgraded to 16GB and saw great improvement of performance, but there were literally no faster options...
This is some kind of bullshit because I had no trouble playing 6vs6, now everybody kicks me?
Guys I might need some help,
After getting the newest patch today I decided to retake the CPU test, rating I had before was 250 or so, now it gives me 330 or more!!! WTF!
Config is: i7-3740QM, 16 GB RAM, GT660M 2GB VRAM, playing @FullHD, I had absolutely no trouble playing up to today, now I get constantly kicked due to CPU rating...
