Looking for people to grade for an upcoming mapping tournament!
-
Hi everyone, in 2023 (time flies) I've organized two mapping tournaments:

Now, two years later (because that's how fast time flies) I'm working on a third entry on the series. This time the mapping tournament will be in name of 'Seth-Iavow', the Supreme Commander of the Seraphim forces that messed up the schedule of our precious infinite war. Just like previous tournaments there will be a bit of a twist in the requirements. Which I obviously won't share in advance
!I'm looking for people who would be interested in grading the submissions. You can view the grading matrices of the previous tournaments by scrolling down. The same idea will apply to this tournament. In practice this means you'll be spending an hour or two on each submission. This involves going through the grading matrix. But I'll make sure that there's enough room for you to share your own thoughts and make that have a reasonable impact on the final grade. I think it is safe to assume the total number of hours will be between 10-20 hours, depending on the number of graders and submissions.
At the moment I expect the deadline of the tournament to be on Saturday, 20th december. Ideally, all the grading work is completed on January the 8th. This gives you about 2 weeks worth of time if you exclude Christmas and the passing of the year. The winner(s) will be announced on the 9th of January.
If you're interested then please let yourself be known! You do not need to be a map author yourself, but it does help if you have a reasonable understanding of the terms and definitions used in the grading matrix in advance. You can not participate in the tournament if you also grade the tournament.
