    I just found out aout FAF. Looking for a Mod, that allows to start skirmish with all tech unlocked for all.

      Is there a Mod that allows to start skirmish, with all tech unlocked, as there is in SC2?

        You can get all factions with All Faction Quantum Gates (you can build gates at T3). Or just start a game with cheating on (in lobby settings) and then press ALT+F2 in the game to spawn anything you like.

          A mod perfectly fitting your request doesnt exist (yet). The closest would be "All factions" which spawns you the ACU of every faction if you turn prebuild (lobbysetting) on.

            "All factions FAF BlackOps Nomads" + "Low Commander Tech-Ras Upgrade Costs incl BO" would spawn in all ACUs and let you instantly build their tech upgrades for free.
