Captains will be appointed a few days before the tourney in case of last minute changes. On that day I will host a stream and we will have the picks live with a !roll for first round picks.

it needs to close before, as you cant do captain picks if people can still sign up after xD

Oh I'm aware of that, it will be the backfill incase a team gets eliminated because of a player not showing up. It tends to happen every tourney lol
