Mods.
The tournament will use a special sim mod "Blind" from mod creator 4z0t, for which he is very grateful. The mod is already available in the FAF client. The mod removes direct Vision from almost all units, which reveals the game in a new way. This is a completely different perception of the game. You can deceive the enemy using the army of scouts.

Rating
We want the tournament to be available to more players and the games to be interesting, so we added a modest restriction on retying.

I believe that one of the main reasons for FAF is the toxicity of players. People watch streamers or casters, learn to be toxic from them. People see the behavior of high-ranked players and succumb to it. If everyone in the game tries to help everyone else, then the community will only bloom and grow. Propaganda of aggression on streams or in videos (not of an entertainment nature) should be punished. The less FAF will have toxicity, anger, aggression, the more pleasant it will be for us.
I also believe that everyone in the FAF is trying to "pull the blanket over themselves". More than 90% of players believe that they are stronger than everyone else and there is no one stronger than them. This is what makes the generation of FAF idiots grow up, trying to appear strong when they aren't. Only small circles of people support each other. The rest, in turn, only hate everything that others do, when they themselves can not do anything to promote.

No matter what anyone says about me in the FAF community, I treat people with respect both as players and as individuals. At a certain point, I reviewed my opinion on the FAF community and noticed that at the level of "player-player" communication, a million disagreements arise, which in the future lead to various kinds of insults, and later reports on each other. It looks like some kind of childish narcissism.
99% of players believe that they are the best. And when faced with people who believe that everyone around is not able to do anything, it plunges me into a wild shock. People measure their skills, this is absolutely normal. But it is normal exactly as long as it does not turn into insults or mockery.
I once spoke out about the toxicity between players. I have expressed everything that I think about it without hiding anything. Players strive to be like their idols. Russian Russian is what I'm talking about right now, because I speak Russian myself and I can't speak for other segments of the Earth. Players see that streamers are allowed to insult other players with any words and they do not get anything for it. And the next day, they're covering you with all the possible phrases they've learned from the streamers.
Having gained a small influence among the Russian-speaking FAF, I came out with the signature #AntiToxic, which you can see now in my discord. Seeing this, the players noticed the hope in my face. Thank you to them that they follow my antitoxic movement and do not go on about the toxic compound.

The "Deaf Archon" anonymous tournament is all about a battle of 2 players against 2 other players however each team will have only 1 ACU which means it’s a shared armies mod tournament.

The main conditions of the tournament:

• Only the tournament director and the FAF administration will know the real names of the players in each lobby. Any manipulation of the FAF accounts, suspicion of unfair play or violation of the rules will be punished.
• Each player on the team must try to contribute to the victory, otherwise it can be counted as an intentional loss.

Scoring system:

• Winning brings each team member 3 points.
• Draw brings each team member 2 points.
• Loss brings each team member 1 point.
• The failure of one of the participants to the match brings each member of the team 0 points.

Instructions for tournament participants

1. Download 3 SIM mods from the library

• Share army
• Share army 2
• Deaf Archon
  

2. Follow the next set of instructions to go to the test server.

• Log out of your account
  
• Switch the server to the "Test Server" and log in with the login and password provided by the tournament administration. (Warning: sharing your account details with another user is PROHIBITED)
  Accounts will be issued to players 30 minutes before the start of the tournament.
  
• Go to the chat section and write the following command: /join #Deaf_Archon
  
  -The tournament chat tab appeared at the top of the screen. Inform us of your arrival and your readiness to participate in the tournament. Also in this chat, we must indicate the results of your matches.
  

3. The launch of the tournament matches takes place in the following stages.

• The name of the lobby should be "DeafArchon" and the numbers of the Archons that participate in this match.
  
• Check whether the selected SIM mods match the mods shown in the screenshot.
  
• The map for the game will be generated by a special AI using the "Generate new map" button.

I think I'm quite talented at creating tournaments with an unusual format. For example, "Deaf Archon" or the upcoming tournament "The Nightmare Tournament". I'd love to do more of them, but I'm on a budget. I think that no one will participate in tournaments without prize money. People don't have the motivation to do this.

I can't say that I have any great experience. I started participating in the community about six months ago. I can probably speak well in public(but you can argue with that). I have a little experience in organizing and participating in tournaments.

What types of collaborators you want to work with:
I've already worked with some of the mod creators, such as Eternal- (Dark Archon mod) and 4z0t(aka Ctrl-Knob) (Blind mod for "The Nightmare tournament"). I hope that we can continue to work on new mods for new non-standard tournaments.
But I am always glad to have new and fresh minds for the implementation of the most strange and crazy ideas, of which I have a lot. I hope you will see this in the future.

Currently intent to work on but not alone:
We are currently working on the Blind mod for "The Nightmare Tournament" along with the aforementioned 4z0t. The next project may be:

• New Standard Tournament
• RogueLike format map
• Map format quests, where you must use a limited mass to pass the maze.

I really have a lot of ideas, but so far I don't have enough skills in lua to implement them.
