Cannot give resources?

Since the latest huge update, I can't give resources as I previously had. The button is there but kinda greyed out. Not sure why. Multiple people I've played with have mentioned it too, surely it's happening to everyone?

Oh and for bonus points, how do I get my build range ring back please? The update knocked that off too..!

The Button was disabled, because it got buggy with the last patch.
You can give resources via the scoreboard.

It will be available again with the hotfix this weekend.

How though? I am still confused about this. I also see player rapidly sharing ressources continuously - is that some kind of special command?

By clicking. There are icons on the scoreboard next to each teammate's name. White guy = give selected units; Green mass icon = give mass; Yellow bolt = give energy

You can also right-click on the energy icon to ask for e

If you hover over the icons, it should also show what you can do with shift/ctrl+click
