      hi all
so i was play to regular steam games online with friend and in the last 3 weeks we start play on FAF version
the problem we find is when we play me and my friend vs two computer AI
after 30 min to the game is get so slow. for example when i tell engineer to move is take around 10-15 sec to start to move so in this point what we do is send nuke against the commuter and kill most of him(both) and the game start to work fast again
we play on 1500 unit per army in the point is get slow i have only around 300-unit total and my fried same
i believe the computer will have around 1000 in this point
so we don't play any more
me and my friend have nice new computer
i have 5090 and he have 5070 and when i check the internet connection we less from 30ms so is not the internet
also when we play against each other is get slow but not that slow
any mod to install to fix that

You mention your GPU's. Supreme commander is pretty much only CPU bound, so those are more relevant.
Regardless, if you have a 5090 or 5070 I doubt your CPU isn't a modern one either. Modern CPUs should not struggle to play FAF with 4 people in any way.

Your game will tell you when it is slowing down. At the top right, it will show you the simspeed (the speed at which the simulation is being ran). This should be at +0/+0. If you see any negative numbers, that means your game is being slowed because one of the CPUs isn't keeping up.

But like I said, that shouldn't happen with modern CPUs and only 2 players + 2 AI in a game. The only thing I can think of now is some kind of very poorly optimized mod that you are using, perhaps?

Can you share some replay IDs where you had the issue?

so after i read here yesterday we play again and i did look on the speed
it show that my commuter is all the time between 2-7 speed and my fried computer can go as low of starting in around 3to 4 but when is get slow is show that is commuter is low as (-4)

Not a solution, but a workaround is to turn off T1 spam land, air, and navy units. You can find this in Restrictions under game options. This may help as slowdown in AI games seems to be clogged units trying to pathfind.

Also, if you and your friend wants to play such big and long battles on huge maps. It might be worthwhile to actually go and check out LOUD project. As it's more focused on the vs AI gameplay.
With bunch of stuff done to make the game run faster in such scenarios compared to FAF.

Though I'm not entirely sure how it compares to FAF nowadays. As it's been a while that I tried LOUD and FAF also made some big strives in making the game run much faster than it used to.

@DoriShlomo From the picture it appears you are using the stock AI which is known to be rather inefficient in CPU usage.
There are a bunch of way better (gameplay wise and CPU wise) AI mods availble in the the FAF-vault.
M28AI is often the go to AI for many players.
The creator of the mod (@maudlin27) has a thread about it in the forum with details of the AI.
                    https://forum.faforever.com/topic/5331/m28ai-devlog-v276

If you both are rather new to the game, I suggest you pick M28AIx and reduce the cheat values below 1. The AI is way smarter then the stock one so you might need to adjust it a bit and find the right settings for your needs.

Oh, I just realize you played on a 80x40km map. Thats really huge and CPU intensive. Sooner or later, you will run into performance issues on maps bigger than 20x20km. Different AI does help but can only bring you so far. If you really wann slug it out on super huge maps, the LOUD project ist arguably the way to go.
