Thanks to syndicus for the terrible tournament management.

I hope next time TD will think about managing substitudes in advance.
Allowing teams to pick stronger players during the tourney makes the draft proccess irrelevant and playing unfair. 2200 player is changed for 2600 one, or Pants changed for 2-times Setons King winner - Protect.
There are many respected tourneys where many players are involved from which the subs system can be taken, like RainbowCup.
Disapointing experience and some FAF money will be used in unfair way. -

i think it should be fine to replace someone that is either stronger or didnt sign up for the tourney, but all captains should have to approve it. Pretty sure that's how it worked in past tourneys.

To clarify, Terarii substituting for Nuggets on my team was:
- Approved by the TD
- Approved by the other team
In fact, Seraphim's team actively made the decision that Terarii would substitute for Nuggets. This was not my decision, nor my team's, and Seraphim's team could have chosen someone else. They didn't, because they believed Terarii would underperform. All three parties agreed on Terarii substituting.

@Neytron Maybe make statements about what you experienced and what you would like to see different as Swato did instead of a publicly bashing the Tournament Director, who is doing the best he can with the given circumstances. Shame on you.

Being a TD is extremely thankless. Not only are you losing your weekend, but most of the time you’re hosting events that you would have wanted to play in the first place; that’s why you cared enough to host it.
When you’re a broad ranged dickhead to the TD you’re going to be the reason why next year you’re wondering why there was no tourney besides LotS. If you had a problem with the way issues were resolved or the organization in general, then at least pinpoint the problem and give an idea of how to solve it.
Otherwise, you’re the dumbass.
