Does anyone know a new game? Maybe a strategy one? Preferably one where at least 20% of the infrastructure actually works. Maybe one where someone actually takes care of things?
I’m open to suggestions.

@HOSCHMOSCH has over 13,000 rated games on record, and not being able to get a game started is, of course, extremely frustrating. Especially when you are such a dedicated player.
That said, the votes are not about looking for a new game - the concern is more about how the way feedback has been shared. Posting crash-log snippets without context in one thread and then immediately opening this thread with a hostile tone makes it difficult for others to provide support.
We want to help. To get useful assistance, it is important to share issues in a clear and respectful way. So we all can focus on solving the problem rather than reacting to the tone.
Back to game suggestions:
Recently I installed MechWarrior 5 - not exactly new or a classic strategy game, but watching huge mechs fight each other reminded me a lot of ACU-ish battles. The game really nailed the that big-unit combat feel.

The frustration probably came through — 13,000 games show how much I care about this game. I’ll take the point about tone on board and try to share info in a clearer way next time. At the same time, I hope we can work together on finding a fix for the crashes, since that’s ultimately the goal we all share.
The frustration isn’t just on my side. Practically everyone is slowly but surely giving up on the game because we’re having problems hosting or even starting a match. The lags are terrible, along with everything else that has been known for years. The worst part is that no one really knows whether work is being done on this or if things will improve anytime soon. I’ve been here since day one, and I can tell you the players are disappearing. It won’t be long until the core becomes so small that the whole project might be shut down. Who would want to cover the costs for just a few dozen players?

Do you not read the discord announcements? There are regular announcements when there are significant changes. Just because we don't broadcast every 5 minutes that we are aware of the situation and are investigating does not mean that nobody does anything.
Nobody knows for sure if things will improve anytime soon. Predictions about the future are hard. -

i have recently enjoyed playing Webbed (short adventure game tightly packed with cool puzzles and you swing around on the web like in Worms Armageddon rope (or like a spiderman...) and can create your own webs and you will need to help ants to assemble a mecha-ant)
and Animal well (no combat at least not in traditional sense, puzzles, platforming, secrets and mysteries, unfortunately you might need to google some parts cause they are too hard. game only takes 40 mb of disk space

it is a puzzle game where you make the rules... it was great and mind-blowing experience even tho it was too hard for me. it is also available on androidOfc you can play FAF coop
you can play FA on steam
you can play FA (including FAF balance vya LAN/VPN)
you can play LOUDAI (it is done vya steam)
there is also GAF, loland ofc there are BAR and AoE 2 and AoE 4...
But FAF will solve its issues, like it did many times before, so maybe you can just wait a bit.
