The error appeared because there is already a review posted from you under that mod. Maybe the client tried to send it twice and the second time caused this error. Anyway, your review should be there.
Well compatibility settings probably dont matter much, but run as admin means only programs started as admin can start it.
It is a map made by a business - I'll contact them 🙂 . Correction: the map is from 2007 (!)
