Stupid new lobby description

Not long ago, I had four lines in my lobby description where I could write things like "new eco," "new units," "hello everyone," and so on. Now, only two lines are visible, and it's become very uninformative.

You're right, the description should remain readable, especially when organizing a special game mode like yours.
But I don't think this bug was intentionally introduced. I rather suspect that this scenario wasn't tested during the modification process.

Here's a test to see what text length is currently possible.
- After the test, you have 72 sign available for the small icon.
- In the long test, you have 117 sign available.
Each red horizontal line represents 10 characters.
Unfortunately, I don't know what was possible before.

@Saver The lobby name gets saved in replays, so for example he had: "All welcome SPAM LAND WAR modded game TMRebalance v5. New units,balance,eco. No air/arty/sat/. Long T3 Tech. 2v2 3v3 4v4"

The text highlighted on the right is unfortunately not displayed in the small tile; was it different before? I have no comparison.

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that. I'm seeing the three lines displayed.

I tried switching the client to russian and resizing the window but couldn't get the same result. I noticed that in your screenshots the listed mods don't go outside of the game box but in mine it does:
I also tested some different names and got weird results in that the ui truncates text instead of using additional lines as needed:
"123456789 123456789" (2 copies)
"123456789 123456789 123456789" (3 copies)
"123456789 123456789 123456789 123456789" (4 copies, same result)
"123456789 123456789 123456789 123456789 123456789" (5 copies)
"123456789 123456789 123456789 123456789 123456789 123456789" (6 copies, same result)
7 copies
8 copies
9+ copies the mods text clips out of the box but no additional title text is displayed
So according to this test there is a chance that your text might be too long to be shown on 2 lines but too long to expand to 3 lines.

shows as above, but

At first, I thought it was a new feature where lobby descriptions can't be longer than two lines. Well, if it's a bug, it's great that we (or rather, you) found it.
