Update: Due to the shortage of players and the short amount of time of this forum post being up, it has been decided to postpone this tourney to the 12th of July. I know this may be hard for some of you to take, considering you may have put plans aside to support this event. I assure you the next date should have a better quality of game. From when are ratings taken? Or does it mean you can manipulate what rating is used based on sign up time? xd
