Rebel's Rest and Overlord Surth-Velsok Missions not working

I can enter the mission, but My Commander doesn't spawn, and Mission does not continue after I enter. I have also tried seeing replays of Rebel's Rest, but it doesn't show anything. I can see the Commander upgrading later in the mission of the replay, but I can't actually see the commander or the mission.
I was wondering if this was a glitch or file malfunction.
I have tried extracting the file, but my FAF doesn't run in the file mentioned in other discussions.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance
This is the file name that runs FAF on my PC and I can't get it to Run anywhere else.Can I get some help here please. I really wish to try the full experience of the campaign missions that are made by FAF. Some other missions are glitched just like this for me. I was wondering if someone can tell me what I am doing wrong

+1 Why is this not fixed yet? There's at minimum one patch per week it seems with this game but nothing is released to fix these two broken missions? The Surth-Velsok issues were reported back in March of last year... ????

Presumably because there's no volunteers to fix them

Unfortunately, there is no manpower for the mission-stuff. The Campaign Team has an open position requiring at least basic knowledge of LUA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a fix to Rebel's Rest that is easy to do
Delete the v.0001 in the folder name and the mission works like a charm

This is still an issue for Rebel's Rest (Coalition mission 4). Commander doesn't spawn and mission doesn't do anything, all the other campaigns start fine.

I also tried removing the apostrophe in the name and editing all the files from "FAF_Coop_Operation_Rebel\'s_Rest" to "FAF_Coop_Operation_Rebels_Rest", but still doesn't work
