Stop engineers further away from goal.

Engineers drive way to close to to their target, thus wasting a lot of time.
In addition to that, they often drive so close to tree clusters, that they break them before reclaiming, when in attack move.

I don't know how hard this is with the engine, but if its not to hard that would be a quality of life improvment for many players.
