game crashing

It appears to crash when it attempts to compile the shaders. Did you start the game from Steam at least once, to download the correct directx distributions?

@jip Yes I have compiled shaders by playing the game once.

@magge Please see the requeested.I tried reinstalling, both faf and the game deleting the mods, even the save games.

EDIT: games works great via steam but i cant plau via faf due to the resolution error.

you should increase the resolution of your monitor in display options

@raquaza I am on a 4k display the game automatically does this

the game should take the video options for SCFA, so try opening SCFA and changing the video options there

@raquaza I have already done that, if you see the screenshot i posted above, that is the error I seem to be geetting

it could be that at the settings in SCFA are on fullscreen and it resizes them, and for some reason on FAF the default setting is below the resolution on 1024*768.

Could you post your game.prefs here, might be a problem from there
