Cant start ladder sometimes and it gives me notification

After 2 notifications it dont let me play for 10min in ladder, why? Weird...

A penalty was introduced for failing to connect to the host. As the 'host' is randomly decided in 1v1 its a 50% chance that if the connection fails you will receive the penalty. -
Sounds like a feature I would propose as a joke to kill ladder completely.

Sounds more like a feature, to prevent abusing people who dodge certain maps or players all the time, and people who disconnect on purpose to troll or if their connection is really poor ruining the experience for others.
