@tosha_kot it looks like that specific map is not available on the server so it may have gotten deleted or removed somewhere along the line

Thanks - but apparently the issue is on the server side, when Sheikah is right. The map was removed from the server, so you are unable to get it.

so this is a company for two and the card is official, I have such a mistake with all the cards. tried reinstalling windows didn't help
