    Hi all,

I downloaded the latest client and signed up today. I have followed all the steps in the guide and I am currently unable to get past the logging in screen.

The client accepts my username and password and progresses to the next screen but no further and does not crash.

I have so far tried uninstalling and reinstalling, system restart, checked firewall settings and I am at a bit of a loss to understand why it will not log me in.

I have done a fair bit of googling and I cannot find anyone with a similar issue.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

Your credentials must be fine if you can login here, maybe try checking the client log for clues?

No logs folder has been created in that directory

Okay so bit of additional info: The client accepts no password and still progresses to the logging in screen, not entirely sure what that means though

You are sure you have the latest client? https://www.faforever.com/client

Might wanna check any potential AV/firewall too.

                  Thanks Giebmasse

I've managed now, my AV was blocking it.
