Just BrewLan or the sub folders? And does manually activating those subfolders DO anything?

If you watch a replay the game log will list out the mods and versions being used at the start of the game (F11 brings up a window that lets you view it, and faf creates a text file named after the replay ID). The database/client doesn’t have this data though

maybe. I want to test it out in campaign but supcom annihilation compilation mods act weird
