BREAKING NEWS: Player accusing tournament participant on the official FAF broadcast of the tournament of being a kidnapper. Is this normal?

A player by the name of “Skrat” is accusing tournament winner “TheWeakie” of being a kidnapper. As seen in this picture posted by him:

Where does this allegation come from? Is this a mere baseless accusation or is there more behind this? We would like to hear an official response from the accuser.

While some people would rush to dismiss such a "silly and innocent joke", i would like to argue that something like this is not a laughing matter. Almost every time this card was shown on the official twitch stream, people were visibly confused and didnt know what to make of it.

Given that not every person that had something to say about this card actually typed something in the chat, it is clear to me that this image was pretty controversial/disturbing, and could make some people think that TheWeakie actually stands for whatever is shown on it, tarnishing his reputation and possible connections with other people.
Cyberbullying, including fake accusations like these, have been thoroughly researched, and linked to declining mental health, depression, and in some times, even attempts at own's life.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CyberbullyingThe image of a terrified girl with a hand over her mouth and a smiling man behind her itself is not a laughing matter either, even if it wasnt targetting a specific person. Kidnapping, SA and CSAM is a massive problem in the modern world, and it affects millions of people globally.
Let me provide some interesting data and statistics:More than 370 million girls and women alive today – or 1 in 8 – experienced SA before the age of 18, according to new UNICEF estimates released today.
Approximately 28 per cent of identified victims of trafficking globally are children, UNICEF and the Inter-Agency Coordination Group against Trafficking (ICAT) said today on the eve of the World Day against Trafficking in Persons.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trafficking_of_children
In 2016 NGO ERASE Child Trafficking estimated 300,000 children are taken from all around the world and sold by human traffickers as slaves.
For perspective, even if we take EVERY SINGLE military conflict since 1900, the casualties would still only amount to roughly 50-70% of the total amount of SA perpetrated against children.
https://www.iwm.org.uk/history/timeline-of-20th-and-21st-century-warsIt has been estimated that 187 million people died as a result of war from 1900 to the present. The actual number is likely far higher.
In my humble opinion, things like these are NOT a joking matter, and they have NO place on an official, FAF-sponsored tournament.
