Double click or drag box to selct multiple units error

Hey Guys,
ever since the recent update i have had an issue with every time i selct all my engineers or unit types (either double click or drag box) it selets first just fine then 3 seconds later it selects everythig on screen including factories mass points etc. i have checked my double click, and any resolution issues i have also done two clean reinstalls. -
Can you take a look at this thread, please. Is it related by any chance?
