      Hello,

I seem to be unable to play FAF (though regular FA through Steam works fine) because of two issues:

First, the lobby window opens in a really tiny resolution that is WAY zoomed in. I somehow caused this behaviour myself as it was originally showing correct.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this, besides reinstalling FAF as a whole?

The second issue that I had prior, where i was able to launch the actual game, the game would launch with a rough 1/4th visible on screen, the rest being tucked away at the bottom right, out of sight. The game had no window borders so I could not drag it into location. Forcing the game to go fullscreen only semi-works, because even though everything moved into view then, it was as if the mouse cursor location was still offset to the misaligned window. It is difficult to explain exactly, but if I could get my first issue solved I could make and post a video link to the latter.

I am on a Kubuntu, using a 3840x2160 (4K) monitor, if that is relevant.

Try going to your game.prefs (there's a button leading to it in the top left of the client) and setting the ui_scale to 1 to fix the UI scaling outside the window.
I play on windows so I'm not sure why your game has no borders, but the window size options are also in the prefs file under Windows in Main. There is also an option primary_adapter in the same place as ui_scale, and you can set it as primary_adapter = 'windowed',. Windowed is recommended for the game as it is old and breaks with alt-tab.
