connection issue

Lag during the game. losing connections to the players several time during the game. each time for ms. Is it problem vs my internet provider or some settings? How can i test it or fix it? Help me pls.

I think i got this too today, 2 players from enemy team just went quiet at the same time, we won by dc. Tho it happened only once, all the other games were fine.
