Lost old account Really want it back

I've lost my dwarves my wizard and my way.
I created an account a long long time ago and played for ever and ever and then GPG died and FAF 1.0 came up and maybe i took a break i cant remember
life happens and my old email account goes defunct.
I come back to the game and a new FAF exists and I attempt to log in and the account is locked
I send to tech support and they ask for me defunct email and well you can guess the rest, No joy.
so i create a new account and now no one will play with me because i have no game history.
How in the world can i get my old account back? -
