I hope there will be some check up that a particular registered player is still alive/did not forget about the cup (like me) before the draft starts. I mean, it's a month of waiting for me, 2 months for some people.

We will check with all 8 team captains before the draft starts, to make sure they are still "in".
And then the draft will start.

Captains should contact each player individually before picking them in the draft,
to make sure they will be available and are committed to the 3 days of play.

Due to a FAF General meeting scheduled for March 18th @ 1800 UTC time..

the Start time for the Semi Finals and Finals will be
rescheduled to start 1 hour earlier.

The Semi finals Will now start @1400 UTC, and

Attention Players who are Not available to play on Day 1 or 2, but..
would like an opportunity to "possibly" play in the tournament, as a substitute.

If.. you are available to substitute on Day 2 or on Finals day.

You may register at any time - from now, or
up until the start of any game, in the "Restricted" Standby pool,
to substitute if needed.

There will be 2 separate Standby/Substitute pools of players.
(Like the last 2 RC's)

Standby Pool = players who were in the initial draft.
Players who register for the initial draft and get passed over can
substitute for Any player who drops out of tourny, no matter their rating.

Restricted Standby Pool = players who register to possibly sub at later time.
These could be players who:
can not be present for day 1 or 2,
missed the draft,
get recruited by a team, after a teammate drops, or
just wishes to fill in if needed.

The "Restriction" is: You can "only" substitute for players with higher ratings.

you would like to be placed in the "restricted" standby pool
