Print pause message into chat box

Just a small suggestion, when a player hits the pause button currently, the message of who pressed it only displays for a moment. If the notification could also be printed into the chat box then it would be easier to track who did it. Would be useful for better communication and for identifying any pause abusers in team games.

It would also be useful to have this for unpausing, so we could identify unpause abusers in team games
Edit: And while we're thinking of things we might want, it would be nice if the unpause message also stated how long the pause lasted

Absolutely agreed, not usually an issue but no way to counter it afterwards
