i played like 20-25 1v1 matches in 1v1 ladder and i got only 6 matches counted so far. what can i do?

The ladder system wasn't working for 2-3 days. It is fixed now so your last games counted. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Just ladder is broken
game becomes "not rated" if any of players presses "Score" button before the game is pausing
i dont know, why this is so hard to fix, it happens a few last months already

My last 1v1 ladder game was not rated. I played it just 10-20 mins ago. Is it called "fixed"?
