What about users that control-k their base just before they quit? Is this reason to ban user? If it's not: What about games that are hosted and declared that share is set as "full share" when allie is killed or quits and user control k's his base so allies get nothing. Can user be banned for this?

Player intentionally ruins game for others so they can start next one quicker. Not sure if that should be punished or not. But yea it can be annoying.
If player ctrl+k his base just cause of rage and not cause of game being completely lost - probably can punish for that
