[Concluded] Average Joe Olympics #2 - 2v2 - u3000

Our recent Super-Noob tournament was a success. Now we are launching another test ballon to gauge how much interest there is for a different rating range. Will you be Joe enough to take part?
Changes:
- We are going to use global ratings instead of ladder ratings from now on, as the 2v2 ladder is not populated enough to provide "accurate" ratings
- We are going to switch from Sundays to Saturdays.
- We are going to recurringly hold our events on the 4th Saturday of the month in order to not clash with the uX 1v1 series dates held by Stryder and his team.
- We are going to match our tournament start with the other tournament series', so our events will now kick off at 2 PM UTC.

At a glance: - Registration ends: Friday, January 23rd - Tourney date: Saturday, January 24th (2 PM UTC - will approx. last 3-5 hours) - 2v2 - BO3 - Single Elimination* - Max. combined rating: u3000 (global rating) - Max. individual rating: u1650 (global rating) - Dojo avatar for the winners * in case only four teams sign up, we might switch to double elimination insteadWe run our own space. About the tournament series
The “Average Joe Olympics” are our mid-level tournaments. They are meant to be a sparring floor for intermediate players.
About the Dojo
The FAF Dojo is the place to be for honing your skill through voice-based coaching. An experienced trainer team, including several top 50 players, is waiting for you to join - no matter what skill level you are. We also run our own in-house rankings, including a 1v1 challenge system to gain higher in-house ranks.

It's all being handled through our Notion space. That's where people can find the current lists of registered players (yet to be approved by the admin team), free agents and teams. As of now, there are a couple of free agents looking for team mates

We cannot reach out to you via Discord since the handle Minimize provided does not exist and solarstratos didn't yet sign up via Notion. We will keep trying to reach out through the FAF Client Chat.
