    Engineers on attack move sometimes ignore a tree group

      Over my thousands of games I've had many cases where my (factory) attack move engineers ignored a singular tree clump for apparently no reason. It is fairly insignificant other than the fact that it messes with my perfectionist lumberjack self quite vehemently.

      It seems random and as such a little difficult to replicate, but I got two instances, one in each replay, here:

      Redragging the same engineers didn't do anything but dragging different engineers to that clump works. Is there anyone that can explain this behaviour and maybe tell me if it's fixable or not? I think it's annoying to deal with

          I noticed this happen when a factory-attack-move engineer is reclaiming a tree group, and you move the attack order somewhere else while it hasn't finished the tree group

            The observation of @Melanol is correct; it's an engine quirk and not worth fixing in my humble opinion.
