I need technical help

I am unable to start or connect to games. I have uninstalled and reinstalled FAF, however, have the same issue. Is anyone able to help with this?

@cm3r Can you please go to client > top left menu > Show logs folder > logs > sort by Date Modified. From there, drag/drop the game_20888440.log into here so those that can help (not me) have that data to look at.

If so, which version do you have?

Ha, I remember that last user who had the same issue, because it was so unusual - the software Citrix is to blame!
