Example:
Sera SACU mass cost: 2.05k
Overcharge (right arm) mass cost: 4.5k
Personal Shield Generator (back) mass cost: 1.2k
Nano-Repair System (left arm) mass cost: 2.5k
Total mass cost: 10.2Reclaim: 1.661k or 16.3% of the total
Meaning that if the offense fails, your opponent won't get much mass our of your attack and you are not afraid to send an SACUs army to die. March, drop or teleport, your opponent will suffer.

Also, Cybran SACU with Nano-Repait has 400-HP regen.

Don't forget your veterency levels come much cheaper because it also doesn't factor in upgrade cost.

Does that apply to ACUs? Because that seems like a significant nerf to combat ACUs if so.

I don't know, I'll leave that to the balance team. The changes were primarily aimed at sacrifice bonus (of Aeon SACU) and wreck value (of any SACU)

If it applies to ACU's it could be balance in two ways.
- By buffing the vet bonuses because they take longer to earn. This would also reward "courageous" acu positioning, or very good acu control when unupgraded.
- Excluding ACU's from the change. This would be the most simple logical solution, but there might be technical issues with implementation.
